  • Traffic Signal Design Services-Approved: A resolution authorizing the Village Manager to enter into a contract with A.U.M. Construction, Inc. for miscellaneous construction, traffic signal operation, and design services. For more information, visit Tab 2.

  • Kendall Drive Raised Crosswalks-Approved: A resolution awarding a bid to SC Contractor, LLC for the Kendall Drive Raised Crosswalks Project. For more information, visit Tab 3.

  • Micromobility Regulations (Second Reading)-Approved: An ordinance creating Section 36-5 to establish regulations for the operation of micromobility devices within the Village. For more information, visit Tab 4.

  • School Zone Speed Detection (Second Reading)-Approved: An ordinance amending Section 36-4 to clarify authorization for speed detection systems on roadways maintained as school zones, as well as traffic enforcement and hearing procedures for violations. For more information, visit Tab 5.

  • Code Compliance & Citations (Second Reading)-Approved: An ordinance amending Chapter 2 regarding Special Magistrate and Civil Citation procedures. For more information, visit Tab 6.

  • Noise Regulations (Second Reading)-Approved with Amendment: An ordinance amending Chapter 15 regarding unnecessary and excessive noises. The approval includes an amendment requiring residential trash receptacles to be removed from the swale on the same day as pickup. A separate motion to remove code requirements for cleaning algae and mildew from roofs failed; therefore, roof maintenance requirements remain in the code. For more information, visit Tab 7.

  • Special Events Regulations (Second Reading)-Approved: An ordinance amending Chapter 16 regardingspecial events. For more information, visit Tab 8.

  • Public Right-of-Way Amendments (Second Reading)-Approved: An ordinance amending Chapter 26 regarding the vacation of public easements and articles in the public right-of-way. For more information, visit Tab 9.

  • Local Business Tax (Second Reading)-Approved: An ordinance amending Chapter 28 regarding local business tax. For more information, visit Tab 10.

  • Land Development Regulations (Second Reading)-Deferred: An ordinance comprehensively amending Chapter 30, Land Development Regulations. A deferral has been requested to June 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. For more information, visit Tab 11.

  • Crimson Egret Final Plat Hearing-Approved: A quasi-judicial hearing requesting approval of a final subdivision plat for the division of property into three single-family residential lots located at 9300 SW 60 Court, 9315 SW 61 Court, and 9401 SW 61 Court. For more information, visit Tab 15.

  • Felber Estates Replat Hearing-Approved: A quasi-judicial hearing requesting approval of a final subdivision plat to replat and combine lots to provide vehicular access, located on the north side of SW 98 Terrace and east of 9755 SW 60 Avenue. For more information, visit Tab 16.
