Contractor Registration

To build or renovate properties in the Village of Pinecrest, contractors must be first registered withe the Village to verify their certification. Contractor registration protects homeowners and the Village from legal liability and ensures the structural integrity of our buildings. Without a registration, contractors will not be able to apply, pay fees, or access permit information.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE FIRST TIME

Email the below documents at renewals@pinecrest-fl.gov. Once the information has been verified, the Contractor will be registered and will have access to the portal.

Contractor Registration Form Notarized(PDF, 131KB) (only PDF accepted)
Copy of your Florida Contractors License
Copy of Local Business Tax
Copy of your Certificate of General Liability Insurance
Copy of your certificate of Workers Compensation Insurance or Exemption
Copy of your Driver License

Incomplete documentation will automatically reject your application.

In Person

Visit us in our offices at 12645 Pinecrest Parkway during regular business hours and bring with you all the below documents. Once the information has been verified, the Contractor will be registered and will have access to the portal.

HOW TO RENEW YOUR CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION

To remain active in the system, your licenses and insurances must be up-to-date. If you need to renew your documents, please email them at renewals@pinecrest-fl.gov.
