To build or renovate properties in the Village of Pinecrest, contractors must be first registered withe the Village to verify their certification. Contractor registration protects homeowners and the Village from legal liability and ensures the structural integrity of our buildings. Without a registration, contractors will not be able to apply, pay fees, or access permit information.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE FIRST TIME
Email the below documents at email@example.com. Once the information has been verified, the Contractor will be registered and will have access to the portal.
Incomplete documentation will automatically reject your application.
Visit us in our offices at 12645 Pinecrest Parkway during regular business hours and bring with you all the below documents. Once the information has been verified, the Contractor will be registered and will have access to the portal.
