Report An Issue

There are multiple methods that can be used to report an issue or code violation.

Please note: Complainant information is requested for the purposes of notifying the complainant as to the progress and status of the code violation. Complainant information will only be released if specifically requested. We cannot accept anonymous submissions.

Online

To report an issue/violation using our online portal:

Step 1.Go to the My Pinecrest App

Step 2.Click on Code Compliance

Step 3.Select the category for the type of violation you are reporting

Step 4.Fill out the form with address of the violation

Step 5.Enter your name and your address

Step 6.Provide a description of the violation or issue being reported

Step 7.Add a photo if you have one

Step 8.Click on Submit

By Phone

To report an issue/violation by phone.

Step 1.Contact our Code Compliance office at 305.234.2121

Step 2.Make sure you have the address of the location you are making the report about

Step 3.Provide your name and address to the Code Compliance staff/officer

Step 4.Give a description of the violation you are reporting

Via Email or Mail

If you choose you can submit your complaint via email or through regular mail.

Step 1.Complete the Code Compliance Complaint Form(PDF, 92KB)

Step 2.You can email it to codecompliance@pinecrest-fl.gov

Step 3.If you prefer you can mail it to our offices at
