    • Community Center Concession-Approved
      A resolution awarding a bid to The Salty Sisters Cafe for the Pinecrest Community Center Food and Beverage Concession Project. This agreement willestablishthe vendor for concessions at the Community Center. For more information,visit Tab 2.
    • Municipal Center Elevators-Approved
      A resolution authorizing the Village Manager to enter into an agreement withBroussElevators for the Pinecrest Municipal Center Elevators Modernization Project. For more information,visit Tab 3.

    • FDOT Landscape Maintenance-Approved
      A resolution authorizing an agreement with the Florida Department of Transportationfor  turfand landscape maintenance. For more information,visit Tab 4.

    • Friends of Pinecrest Gardens Appointments-Approved
      A resolution approving Board of Directors appointments for the Friends of Pinecrest Gardens, Inc. For more information,visit Tab 5.

    • Baseball Fence Donation-Approved

      A resolution authorizing an agreement with Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) for underground conversions at Aleyda Mas Park. For more information,visit Tab 7.

    • Hands-Free Phone Use Legislation-Approved
      A resolution in support of legislation (HB 1241 and SB 1152) requiring hands-free phone use while driving. This resolution expresses the Village's support for stricter safety measuresregardingmobile device usage on the road. For more information,visit Tab 14.
