Planning a Garage Sale?
If you are planning a garage sale in Pinecrest, you need to obtain a special permit from the Village's Building and Planning Department pursuant to Chapter 16 of the Code of Ordinances. There is no cost for the permit.
Each residential homeowner or tenant is permitted four garage sales per calendar year, with each single day of sales being defined as a garage sale.
While no penalty will be assessed for failure to obtain the proper permit for the first instance, repeat violations will result in a civil notice of violation and fines.
