Suniland Park

Suniland Park is the home of Andre Dawson Field and Howard Palmetto Hall of Fame Field. It is an active ten-acre park with multipurpose athletic fields (baseball and football), batting cages, basketball courts, a multipurpose room, a Wi-Fi Spot in the gazebo, a playground, and Pawcrest Park (the Village's only off-leash dog park).

Facility Rental Information

Multipurpose Room Rental - $400 plus tax for 3 hours and $100 plus tax for each additional hour. A $300 security deposit is required and will be returned after the event, provided the facility is returned cleaned and free of damage.
The Suniland Park Multipurpose Room has the capacity to accommodate 60 guests and comes with ten 8-foot rectangle tables and fifty (50) folding chairs. Set-up and break-down times are included in the 3-hour rental.

Gazebo Rental - $200 plus tax for 3 hours and $75 plus tax for each additional hour. A $150 security deposit is required and will be returned after the event, provided the facility is returned cleaned and free of damage.
The gazebo at Suniland Park is available to rent as a stand-alone rental for groups of up to 20 people or in conjunction with the rental of the Suniland Park Multipurpose Room for larger groups. The gazebo is equipped with stationary picnic tables. Bounce houses are not permitted with a stand-alone gazebo rental. Set-up and break-down times are included in the 3-hour rental.
