Tennis and Pickleball Court Rules

Tennis and Pickleball Courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Courts shall be rented up to two weeks in advance in one-hour time periods; on the hour. All court fees must be paid prior to entering the courts. Courts may be reserved online, by calling the Coral Pine Park office at 305.668.7258, or in-person at Coral Pine Park. Patrons must have an active Community Pass account at the time the reservation is made.
Player(s) must vacate the court(s) upon expiration of the rental time and yield to the next user(s) in a timely manner; regardless whether play/match has been completed.
Upon completion of the rental period, players may pay for additional hour rental(s) provided the court is open and available.
Reserved court(s) will be held for a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes past the start of the reservation period. After fifteen (15) minutes, unattended courts may be forfeited and released for public rental for the duration of the hour. Please notify Coral Pine Park Staff at 305.668.7258 if you plan to arrive later than 15 minutes past your start time.
During or following inclement weather, Park Staff shall determine the playability of the courts. All users must abide by Staff determination. In the event a warning for lightning is issued, all users must vacate the courts and seek a safe place to wait out the storm.
In the event of inclement weather and Park Staff determine the tennis courts must close, a credit will be applied to the player’s account provided court time has not exceeded thirty (30) minutes. No cash refunds will be given at any time and no refunds or reschedules will be made after thirty (30) minutes of court time.
Proper attire is required; shirtless play is prohibited. Tennis shoes must have non-marking soles.
No food, glass containers or tobacco products are permitted on tennis courts or within the fence perimeter.
Radios or amplified music are not permitted on the courts.
Courtesy and good sportsmanship are essential on and off the courts. No profanity, abusive behavior/language, racquet throwing, spitting, loud noises or hitting racquet against court surfaces, nets, or backdrop curtains will be tolerated.
No games other than those intended for the specific court type are permissible unless authorized in advance by the Village of Pinecrest Parks and Recreation Department.
For your protection, spectators or persons not actively playing must remain outside the fenced court.
Only Professional instructors, with a valid permit issued by the Village of Pinecrest Parks and Recreation Department, shall be allowed to use courts for instructional purposes.
Limit of no more four (4) balls per court (excluding instructors with a valid permit).
Pinecrest Parks and Recreation has the right to move or cancel court reservations at their sole discretion for reasons such as, but not limited to weather, court condition, programming, tournaments, league play, group reservations and/or maintenance.

Facility Rental Information

Multipurpose Room Rental -$750 plus tax for 3 hours and $125 plus tax for each additional hour. A $300 security deposit is required and will be returned after the event, provided the facility is returned cleaned and free of damage.

The Coral Pine Park Multipurpose Room has the capacity to accommodate 90 guests and comes with four (4) 8-foot rectangle tables, twelve (12) 72" round tables, and 100 banquet style chairs. Set-up and break-down times are included in the 3-hour rental.
