Pinecrest Drainage System Project — Milling & Paving Work
Tuesday, Sept. 22 – Friday, Sept. 25 ⏰ 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
SW 72nd Avenue will be FULLY CLOSED during these hours.
SW 99th Street will be closed to through traffic — residents will have full access to their homes.
What to expect: One day of milling on both SW 72nd Ave and SW 99th St, followed by three days of paving.
Affected residents (including those along SW 71st Avenue) will receive a door hanger notice at least 48 hours before work begins.
Please plan alternate routes during these hours and thank you for your patience as we improve Pinecrest's infrastructure!
