The Pinecrest Police Department, in partnership with Citizen's Crime Watch of Miami-Dade, is hosting a free Women's Self-Defense Training October 20-22, from 6 - 10 p.m., at Coral Pine Park.
The program is open to women ages 14 and older and focuses on building confidence, increasing personal safety awareness, and teaching practical self-defense techniques.
Registration is required, and space is limited.
