Pinecrest is leading municipal innovation as one of Florida’s first communities to launch an AI-powered customer service platform. The Village has introduced Pinestein, an advanced web chat assistant developed in partnership with Citibot, a recognized leader in AI solutions for local government. 

Pinestein is available 24/7 on the Village’s website, empowering residents to get immediate answers, submit service requests, and connect directly with Village staff—all from their computer or mobile device. 

“Pinecrest is committed to innovation and providing the highest level of service to our residents. By implementing cutting-edge AI technology like Pinestein, we are making government services more accessible, efficient, and inclusive for our diverse community,” said Mayor Joseph M. Corradino.  

Inclusivity is at the core of Pinestein’s design. With support for more than 75 languages, it guarantees equitable access to government services for Pinecrest’s diverse population. This commitment to accessibility reflects a broader trend in local government, where AI chatbots are transforming how residents interact with civic services—making information and support available instantly, regardless of language or time of day.

Residents can experience Pinestein by visiting the Village website and clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner—anytime, on any device. The assistant greets users, prompts them for questions, and, if needed, seamlessly connects them to Village staff for further assistance.
