Keeping yards free of trash and overgrown grass
Properly trimming trees (permit required for commercial areas) to avoid hazards
Addressing fence, structure and roof mildew issues
Ensuring required permits are obtained for construction and remodeling projects
Keeping noise levels reasonable
Securing and maintaining pools
Parking/storing vehicles, boats, and RVs in proper locations
Using registered landscaping companies
Obtaining a local business tax receipt if you operate a business in Pinecrest
Properly storing garbage/recycling bins on the same day as pick-up day
