• SW 124th Street Bridge Rehab: A resolution awarding a bid to P&P Contracting, Inc. for the SW 124 St Bridge Rehab Project. Approved
• Solid Waste and Recycling Services: A resolution awarding a bid to Waste Connections of Florida for the Solid Waste and Recycling Services Project. Approved
• SW 120 Street Beautification Project: A resolution authorizing the Village Manager to enter into an agreement with Wausau Tile for the fabrication and installation of a custom bench structure. Approved
• Pinecrest Community Center Playground: A resolution authorizing a contract with FieldTurf USA, Inc. for the renovation of the playground's safety surface. Approved
• Professional Engineering Services: A resolution authorizing the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Keith & Associates, Inc. to provide professional engineering services. Approved
• Temporary Parking Restrictions: A resolution adopting temporary parking restrictions along Southwest 91 Street, east of Southwest 69 Avenue. Approved
• Land Development Regulations: An ordinance on second reading to comprehensively amend Chapter 30 of the Village Code of Ordinances, encompassing zoning, signs, environmental regulations and more. A deferral has been requested to July 14, 2026. Deferred
• Appeal of Administrative Decision: Review of an administrative decision appeal regarding 5900 SW 107th Street. Approved
• Gulliver Preparatory School Conditional Use Permit: A hearing to consider a permit allowing the placement of ten portable classroom trailers on the north side of the Gulliver campus for a period not to exceed two years. The temporary classrooms are intended to accommodate displaced students during construction; no increase in student enrollment is proposed. Approved
