The Village Council will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., at the Pinecrest Municipal Center, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, third floor, Council Chamber. A live stream video link will be available once the meeting is called to order.

Please note that the regular Council Meeting will pause at 5:01 p.m. for the Budget Hearing. Once the Budget Hearing has concluded, the regular meeting will resume.

Public comments on agenda items may be submitted via email at council@pinecrest-fl.gov. Community members may participate in person or via Zoom. If you want to comment during the meeting via Zoom, please send a request to clerk@pinecrest-fl.gov. The deadline to register to comment on any agenda items for this meeting is Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

The Village Council will hear the following items during the Council Meeting:

  • Farmers Market Operations & Management (Tab 2 Consent) A Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to enter into an agreement with Miami Culinary Kitchen to manage and operate the Pinecrest Gardens Farmers Market. 

  • Auto Renewal of Legacy Service Provider Agreements for Pinecrest Gardens Maintenance (Tab 3 Consent) A Resolution authorizing the Village Manager to proceed with the auto renewal of Legacy Service Provider Agreements for Pinecrest Gardens maintenance services.

  • Pinecrest Gardens Emergency Tree Removal (Tab 4 Consent) A resolution of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, authorizing the Village Manager to enter into an agreement with Big Ron’s Tree Removal for Pinecrest Gardens emergency tree removal.

  • Charisma Restaurant FF&E Purchase (Tab 5 Consent) A resolution of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, authorizing the Village Manager to proceed with the purchase of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) for Charisma, the new restaurant at Cypress Hall in Pinecrest Gardens. 

  • Loomis Donation Acceptance (Tab 6 – Consent) A resolution of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, authorizing the Village Manager to accept a donation from Loomis. 

  • Parking Restriction Modification – SW 128 Street (Tab 7 – Consent) A resolution of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, modifying parking restrictions on the 7100 block of Southwest 128 Street, pursuant to Ordinance 2001-6.

  • Professional Engineering Services – Stantec (Tab 8 – Consent) A resolution of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, authorizing the Village Manager to enter into a contract with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for professional engineering services.

    Repeal of Resolution No. 2002-04 (Tab 9 Consent)  A resolution of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, repealing Resolution No. 2002-04. 

  • Adoption of Tentative Millage Rate (Millage Rate) A resolution of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, adopting the tentative millage rate of the Village of Pinecrest for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2026, pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065 (TRIM Bill); setting a date for a final public hearing to adopt the final millage rate; providing for publication of public notice.

  • Fiscal Year 2027 Operating and Capital Outlay Budget (First Reading) An ordinance of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, adopting an operating and capital outlay budget for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065 (TRIM Bill); updating the capital improvement schedule.
