Private Provider Registration
Private Provider Registration Requirements
Private providers seeking to operate within the Village must complete the registration process as outlined below.
Additionally, all private providers must register with Miami-Dade County Private Provider Registration before proceeding with local registration.
Required Registration Documents:
All applicants must complete and submit the following documents for review:
- Duly Authorized Representative
- Notice to Building Official of Use of Private Provider
- Standardized Private Provider Plans Compliance Affidavit
- Standardized Private Provider Inspection Report
- Standardized Private Provider Certificate of Compliance
- Certificate of Insurance
Submission Process:
- All registration documents must be uploaded to eTRAKiT along with the permit application and plans.
- The registration must be submitted as a separate PDF file named "Private Provider Registration."
- Registration is required per project and must be completed before proceeding.
Pre-Construction Meeting Requirement:
Per Miami-Dade County guidelines, private providers offering inspection services must attend a Pre-Construction Meeting with the permit holder.
This meeting will be held at the Village of Pinecrest Building Department and will include representatives from the Village.
- Attendance at this meeting is mandatory in addition to submitting and receiving approval for all required documents.
- The Village will schedule the Pre-Construction Meeting after the initial review of your plans and registration.
