Fields and Courts Status

This is the Pinecrest Parks and Recreation Department's official rainout and closure information center. When a field or court closes, reopens, or has limited availability, the update appears here first.

There are three ways to get the most up-to-date facility information.

1. All facility statuses are reflected in the chart below.  Bookmark this page for easy reference.
2. Save the Facility Status Hotline number 645.255.2460.  Call 24/7 to receive the latest facility information.  If you are interested in a specific facility, please reference the extension number when prompted.  Extensions can be located in the chart below.
3. Download the Statusfy App for Apple or Android phones to receive push notifications when a facility or court status changes.  Once in the app, search "Pinecrest Parks and Recreation".  From there, you can favorite specific facilities and courts and toggle push notifications to notify you if there is a status change at a specific location.

Helpful tips before heading out to play: 

• Check the status page shortly before you leave, since conditions can change throughout the day.
• Closures after heavy rain protect the players and the playing surfaces. Please stay off closed fields and courts, until the open status has been updated.
• League players should also follow their league's own announcements for game-specific cancellations. Please note, leagues do not supersede the Pinecrest Parks and Recreation Department's open or closed status. Facilities with a closed status will remain closed until Parks and Recreation Staff can confirm that the facility conditions have improve significantly enough to reopen the facility.
