The Village of Pinecrest partnered with the University of Miami's BikeSafe team on a federal Safe Streets for All initiative.
If you have a school-aged child, your input is exactly what this study needs. The BikeSafe team wants to understand how your family navigates Pinecrest, how the walk to school feels on a typical morning, where you feel at ease and where you find yourself pausing. Those everyday experiences are the data points that help researchers identify where safety improvements will matter most.
The survey is anonymous, takes about five minutes, and asks straightforward questions about your child's daily routine and your perceptions of safety while walking, biking, or using other forms of transportation in the area. No personal information is collected and participation is completely voluntary.
