The Village Council's November meeting will address resolutions supporting Miami-Dade County Public Schools’ 2026 legislative priorities, adopting new parking restrictions, entering a maintenance agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation, and ratifying Councilmember Ken Fairman as Vice Mayor.
The meeting will be held at 6 pm, Tuesday, November 18, at the Pinecrest Municipal Center, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, third floor. A live stream video link will be available once the meeting is called to order.
Public comments on agenda items may be submitted via e-mail at council@pinecrest-fl.gov. Community members may participate in person or via Zoom. If you want to comment during the meeting via Zoom, please send a request to clerk@pinecrest-fl.gov. The deadline to register for the next meeting is Tuesday, November 18, at noon.

Parking Restrictions along Southwest 57 Avenue A resolution adopting parking restrictions along Southwest 57 Ave, on the north and south sides of the Southwest 107 Street entrance. For more information, visit Tab 3 .
FDOT Maintenance Agreement A resolution authorizing the Village Manager to enter into a Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with Florida Department of Transportation for landscape and turf. For more information, visit Tab 4.
Vice Mayor Selection A resolution ratifying the selection of Councilmember Ken Fairman as Vice Mayor for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. For more information, visit Tab 5.
2024–2025 Budget Amendment (Fourth Quarter) An ordinance (first reading) amending the 2024-2025 Operating and Capital Outlay Budget (Fourth Quarter). For more information, visit Tab 6.
Crimson Egret Subdivision Plat A public hearing for a preliminary subdivision plat ("Crimson Egret") for three (3) single-family residential lots for the properties located 9300 Southwest 60 Court, 9315 Southwest 61 Court, and 9401 Southwest 61 Court. For more information, visit Tab 10.
Revised Plat of Felber Estates A public hearing for a preliminary subdivision plat ("Revised Plat of Felber Estates") to replat and combine property for the purpose of providing vehicular access. For more information, visit Tab 11.
