The contractor for Gary Matzner Park will be connecting water and sewer lines on Kendall Drive. Kendall Drive will be closed in both directions between Ludlam and SW 65th Ct.
To minimize daytime traffic impacts, this work will be performed overnight and is expected to take place over approximately two weeks.
What to expect:
-Kendall Drive will be closed in both directions between Ludlam and SW 65th Ct.
-Construction activity limited to overnight hours to reduce impacts during peak hours
Dates: For about two weeks, starting on April 14, 2026
Hours: 9 pm to 6 am
Once the work begins, we encourage drivers to plan ahead and avoid the area when possible. Updates will be shared here as the project moves forward.
