Message from Chief of Police:

The Village recorded the lowest number of major crimes in history in 2025. This surpasses the previous record set in 2024.

This progress includes a decline in major offenses such as burglary, robbery, and vehicle theft.

While police visibility and traffic enforcement play a vital role, another important factor in keeping the Village safe is you.

An informed community makes a real difference. Thank you for securing your valuables, locking your doors, and participating in the 37 Neighborhood Watch groups across the Village.
