The results for Village Council Seat 4 (At-Large) indicate that a runoff election is required to determine the winner.
Under Section 2.6 of the Village Charter, a candidate must receive more than 50% of the total ballots cast to be elected in the General Election. Because no candidate met this threshold for Seat 4, the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes will advance to a runoff election.
The Run-Off Election Day is November 17, 2026.
