Learn how to saber duel as you wield an LED saber in our class covering attacks, defenses and staged choreographed combat. In one hour you will cover a unique combination of disciplined saber forms, cardio-drills and yoga. This no-contact based class focuses on choreographed battles while clashing sabers with other students. Limited number of LED Stunt Sabers are available. This is a beginners class but all levels of experience are welcomed.

The Mommy and Me sequence was designed for mothers to include their little ones in their yoga practice. This gentle 55-minute flow helps new mothers to regain strength in their bodies while playing and bonding with their babies. Bring your own yoga mat, towel, water and all your baby needs.

Learn how to use a bow and arrow! Archery is both a sport and tool for survival. This is an educational and hands-on workshop taught by staff from Miami Eco Adventures. After the lesson, take some practice shots at a target to test your new skills. Please bring comfortable shoes and protection from the sun.

Adults can also learn Italian in our adult class. Learning Italian is a pleasure that begins at any time. Well-tested methods focus on conversation and common everyday situations.

Thursdays, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Students will learn diverse salsa and merengue steps and turns in an easy and fun way.  It is an excellent cardio exercise and it helps to improve coordination and memory. Students should wear clothing that is comfortable, does not restrict movement, and does not inhibit the instructor from ensuring proper techniques.

No experience required, however, having fun is mandatory! These fun-filled classes teach the basic patterns and steps for line dancing. You will be dancing as part of the group but will individualize your dance moves as you learn to move not only your legs and feet - but your whole body too.
