Applicant and owner hereby acknowledge that this permit is subject to the following conditions::

- Auction sales are not considered as garage sales and are strictly prohibited in residential areas.
- No off-premise merchandise may be sold at garage sale, only items from owner's property.
- Only one sign (12”X18”) may be posted on the property of the garage sale, all other signs are prohibited.
