Experience Pinetoberfest, where beer, music, and fun are centerstage. Mark your calendar for September 21 and prepare yourself for the beer festival of the year - sample over 40 breweries from near and far. Enjoy hoppy delights, music, and field games. 

Pinetoberfest will be held at Evelyn Greer Park, 8200 SW 124 Street, from 5 pm to 10:30 pm. A free shuttle service from the Suniland Park parking area to the event will be available. Parking is free. Using a ride-share service is recommended.

What are my transportation and parking options?

Everyone is encouraged to utilize ride-share services like Uber or Lyft.  Drop off address for ride share services is 8200 SW 124 Street, Pinecrest, Florida 33156.

VIP Parking is available at Evelyn Greer Park - VIP tickets are limited and must be pre-purchased.

Main Parking is available at Suniland Park, 12855 Pinecrest Parkway, Pinecrest, Florida 33156
Free shuttle service will be running between all parking locations from 5:30 pm until 10:30 pm.

Limited Parking is available at the Pinecrest Municipal Center, 12645 Pinecrest Parkway, Pinecrest, Florida 33156

Parking is not allowed in the shopping center across the street from Evelyn Greer Park.  Parking in the shopping center lot may result in your vehicle being towed. 

Where can I purchase tickets for the Pinecrest Oktoberfest?

Tickets are available on Eventbrite by searching "Pinetoberfest" or "Pinecrest Oktoberfest".

General Admission Tickets are available at a discounted price when pre-purchased on Eventbrite.  Full-price tickets are available at the door while supplies last.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Every attendee over the age of 21 years must show a valid government ID.  Valid ID includes a valid state drivers license with a photo; a valid ID card issued by a state with a photo, name, date of birth, and physical description; or a valid US Military ID.  ID cards must be active IDs, expired ID cards are not acceptable.

Attendees 6 years old and younger may enter the event for free with an adult over the age of 21.

Attendees 7 years old through 20 years old must purchase a ticket for $20 and must attend with an adult over the age of 21.

No exceptions.  

Can I bring a backpack, cooler, cups, bottles, cans, food, or beverages?

Attendees are permitted to bring manufactured diaper bags, medical bags, clutches, and small bags not exceeding 16”x16”x8.

No cups, thermos, coolers, yeti cups, tumblers, disposable cups, bottles, water bottles, empty bottles, filled bottles, red solo cups. No outside drinking vessels of any kind are allowed. 

Backpacks, large purses, coolers, outside food, and beverages are not permitted.   

Will food be available at the event?

Yes, Food is available for purchase.  Food trucks will be on-site throughout the event.  No outside food will be permitted.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, friendly dogs are allowed.  Dogs must be on a leash no longer than six feet at all times.

Will I be able to leave the event space and return later?

No, attendees will not be allowed re-entry into the event space.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final.  No refunds will be given once a ticket is purchased; however, tickets are transferrable and may be given to another person.

Is this a rain or shine event?

Yes, Pinetoberfest is a rain or shine event.  Guests are expected to come prepared to have fun in the current weather conditions.
