Drive-thru Recycling Event - Electronics, Chemicals & Clothing

The Village is hosting a drive-thru recycling event that includes electronic, chemicals and clothing all in one place.

The Polishing Pinecrest Drive-thru recycling event will take place at the Evelyn Greer Park loop on Saturday, September 23 from 8 am to noon. Start gathering your recyclable items and put them in your car. All you have to do is drive-thru and staff will unload items. For Pinecrest residents.

Accepted items
Electronics: phones, printers, batteries, computers, televisions, and florescent bulbs

Chemicals: paints, gasoline, caulking, aerosol cans, adhesive/glues, oxidizers, herbicides, pesticides and household cleaners

Clothing: Donate new and/or slightly used clothes.

Items that are not accepted are: ammunition, large cylinders, and smoke detectors.
